By accessing or using RelayRail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RelayRail provides a human-in-the-loop communication platform for AI agents, enabling SMS and email notifications, approval workflows, and command execution via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RelayRail to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing communications
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. SMS and Email Usage

You are responsible for ensuring that all SMS and email communications sent through RelayRail comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You must have proper consent from recipients before sending messages.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. SMS usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis according to your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

RelayRail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayRail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
